Not all areas of every state offers communities. Local home builders fill those roles, and some of them are luxury home builders that will create masterpieces throughout those states. Here are 5 luxury home builders we’d like to highlight in Arizona.
Diamond Sky Construction is a luxury home builder based in Sedona with a resume of many luxury homes homes throughout Sedona and the Verde Valley. They’ve been in business for around 40 years, and also create commercial properties.
Calvis Wyant is based in Scottsdale and builds luxury homes throughout the Paradise Valley area for around 25 years.

T. W. Lewis, based in Tempe, has been building luxury homes since 1991, including some luxury quick move-in homes, and has won many awards as their homes are also energy efficient certified.
Santorini Homes is based in Phoenix, but builds luxury custom homes throughout Paradise Valley and Arcadia.

Shea Homes announces that they will continue to build energy-efficient homes through a partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Energy StarĀ® Program.
New energy-efficient homes provided by Shea are at least 15 percent more energy efficient than homes currently built in accordance with the 2004 International Residential Building standards, and rumor has it that these new homes could be up to 30 percent more energy efficient.
Shea will be building Energy StarĀ® Certified new homes in Peoria and Litchfield Park in the near future.
“Shea Homes continually strives to provide environmentally friendly options for our home buyers increasing the value of our homes, and reducing our reliance on the earth’s natural resources,” said Ken Peterson, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea.
Homebuyers can locate a Shea Home at around 30 new home communities located in and around the Metro-Phoenix area. Shea Homes in the Valley range between the $80s to the upper $500s.
